Can a collection agency list late payments on an account for every month that they have had the account? Brief background- student loan that was sitting out there in la-la land. Started the credit repair process, original report just shows the account as collection- **** Agncy 11/2001-11/2003, claim filed agains gov't. Meaning they would get tax refunds, no sweat. Recently consolidated loan. BUT- ***** agncy has decided to list EVERY month since they had the account and put a late payment on each month. I've NEVER NEVER EVER made a SINGLE payment to this company- so how could they put late codes on the account??? Please help!!!
