I got a judgement and collection account deleted using the not mine. The CA involved keeps pulling hard INQ about every 6 weeks.

I complained to EXP and the rep said the CA has the right to pull a hard anytime they want.

Any ideas? The balance of the judgment is 16k so if I get them on a 1k violation I'm still behind.

I don't know the answer to this, but it does raise an interesting question. Per the FCRA, they can pull your credit to try to collect the account. My question would be, how does pulling your credit every six weeks help them do that? They are poisoning your file, and for what reason? I mean, they got your address and everything the first time they pulled it, so why are they continuing to pull it on a regular basis? Does trying to collect the account give them the right to pull your credit every six weeks for the rest of their unnatural lives?
