I sent intent to sue letters to CAs and the BBB. Each CA has responded to the BBB with lies. They all start with stating that they sent me the validation I requested the day after they received my request. None of them ever sent me any validation information.

I remember reading that a judge would probably believe they sent whatever they say they sent. What should I do?

    Thanks!

I would respond back to the BBB and tell them you did not receive anything from either, but, since they say they sent it, they should have it in their possession and you would like it resent to you via the BBB. See what they say then.

HEY!!! I got an even better BBB response!

    From CAs lawyer:

I can neither confirm nor deny any association with the complainant, SCmomof5. Due to the requirements of both Federal and Colorado law, we are forbidden to discuss any account with a third party.

WTF! OK, so I say, not good enough and they end up with a "not satisfactorily resolved" with the BBB.
