Thanks, Raiderpam, for the link. Offhand, do you know how or if debtors in California are affected by whether their CAs are operating from other states? It seems to me that California is one of the states that does not offer licenses to CAs. I just don't know the significance of that... Perhaps nothing? Just wondering...
It is my contention that you operate with 2 states, that you are in and that they are in (if different). I've had great luck with that!
