the CA who is ignoring my validation and estoppel (so far) is not bonded to collect in Texas, just got the word back from the clerk at the Secretary of State. I think this should work greatly to my advantage should I have to bring this issue to court.
I would report them to the Texas AG (or threaten to in a CRRR). The Texas AG doesn't tolerate violations of his state's laws! Boy, could you make their life miserable!
Specifically, what is their violation? Could you fill us in on how this works? Are there other requirements for collectors? Are they in Texas?
