Is there a certain timeframe in which a collection agency has to place an account on your CR? For example, if an account was assigned to a CA in 2001 but the CA does not place the account on CR until 2003. Is this feasible?
I don't believe there is a time limit when they can put it on, only when it has to come off. Of course they can't put it on after it was already past the 7 yrs.
