Got a reply to a Intent to sue letter today and the CA stated' how can you sue us for 5K and you're debt is $458! Do you think the judge would award you more than you owe? Do yourself a favor and stop your parade! I already have one almost prepared now i have to get another one down. I've asked a few members to review once i'm finished. What a resource here.... Man the nerve of that CA, i guess it's mindgames reversal....
Their violations have absolutely nothing to do with the amount they claim you owe. Tell them to put that in their pipe and smoke it.
