I have a couple of medical accts on my CR that is listed by Med Data Sys. When I go to the decode page where you can find their name, address etc and type in Medical Data Systems it gives me about 5 different addresses. How do I know which one so I can send validation letters? Or is TU required to give me this information since they are reporting the debt? Thanks anyone
Personally, I would just use all 5 and see if I couldn't make them validate it 5 times. They are bound to goof up on one or the other. After all, the last thing you wanted was the validation that you demanded anyway. So give them every opportunity in the world to do what your really wanted in the first place which was for them to fail to deliver the demanded validation. Validation demands are exactly like sowing your wild oats on Saturday night and going to church on Sunday and praying for a crop failute. Same concept.
