I just checked my credit report and found that a collection agency by the name of RJM Acq LLC has reported an old debt that has already fallen off my credit report as being new since Mar 2007. I have disputed it with Experian but do I need to send a letter to the collection agency as well? Is there a letter that someone can share or point me to? Thanks.
Have you received any written notice from RJM yet? I would also request validation from RJM, responsding to the address listed by RJM on your credit report.
