    But I have a Court Date with Equifax tomorrow..... I'm suing EFX for violation of FCRA Investigation requirements.

    How do you know when they have not investigated?

    I have a letter from the company that EFX claims to have contacted about my dispute, signed by a Corporate Attoprney, saying EFX did not contact them at all regarding my dispute and had EFX contacted the, EFX would have been told to delete the trade line as erroneous.

    EFX dismissed the dispute as "verified"
