   I have my first reponse from a CA after validation letter. This is MARS Inc. They wrote that "This account was sent to the Credit Bureus to be deleted on August 23, 2002." Can I believe them and will this be deleted from EX, EQ and TU? Can I send this letter to the CRAs to have them delete it??

   You can believe them, but always follow up.
   
   I would definitely send a copy of the letter and keep the original locked away for safekeeping.
