I have been receiving phone calls, letters, etc... from IC System on an old account and I followed all the steps on the boards but now I am unsure what to do because when I sent them the ITS letter, the account was sent back to the OC who is now calling about once a month asking fo payment. The account is mine, I dispute the amount and have requested validation. Have I missed my opportunity to file suit now that CA returned the account to the OC? How to proceed????? Thanks
