CA sent proof of charge-off but....

    didn't send it via certified mail or anything. Do they have to? Couldn't I argue that I never received it?

    Ignore it. Send estoppel after 31 days from the date the CA signed the green card.

    #1 Did they send "adequate" proof?

    #2 If they can't prove they sent it (CRRR) then I NEVER received it.

    If I'm forced to pay $3.94 a letter to prove a papertrail so are they!!!

    I agree with Christi...if they can't prove it, then it is filed and ignored. Proceed with estoppel.
