On 2/11 I received my green card back from a CA that received my validation letter...2 days later, the 2 neg tradelines on my EX reported disappeared!! YEAH! Up 9 points....however, i just checked mu TU, and they're still reporting there ):....I have not received a letter from the CA as of yet....should I wait until the 30 days? Is TU that slow in updating? What should my next step be??? Thanks!
Could take up to 30 days to remove. They can be real slow when it comes to removing derogs. Wait the 30 days and see what happens.
It had to come off from EX through the CA's req, right? (I did not dispute this one w/ CRA)...What are the chances CA will send send me a letter? I used your validation letter ("How's this for validation") and it worked like a charm! Thanks again!
You can't! I had to pay the $8 (I'm in Calif)...I was anxious to see if my score changed and items were deleted.... Funny thing is, I have several disputes w/ TU right now and NONE of them show as being disputed...hmmmm....should I start building a case against TU?? (I have saved all my credit reports in Word to print later if need be!)
If you've been denied credit in the last 60 days. You can indicate that on the online request. I've used the same creditor and same date multiple times to check my score within that 60 days.
You dont' even have to be denied with TU, just put down someone, they don't check it. I had NO inquiries and would still put denied by Capital One and it went through everytime. You can also put you were denied insurance. You can pull a new report every day with this method, it says the report is good for 6 days..but I sometimes pull it everyday.
