WhyChat does have on his site a letter for out of SOL CA's and debt, I've not read it in a while to know if it's applicable to your situation, but just it's substance may make you feel better about the place you are in. A glass of wine sounds REAL good, and it's not even 3 in the afternoon yet. Thank you to all, I really appreciate the support. I need to keep a bottle on hand when those anxiety attacks start back up. So, I have an option to send a validation letter and if they contact again, I could send them another letter about the sol. I'm going to check out that site, whychat and see that letter on expired sol's. I am feeling a bit better about this, I'll keep you all posted and I'll be sure to let you know if I have any more questions or concerns...I probably will. Again, thanks everyone!!!
