Sent out letter for a friend last week. He got letter from CA yesterday with his original signed application. So is that collection account doomed to stay on his report now? Anything else we can do?
UM? They sent him a copy of his application from the credit card and a copy of some statement of theirs saying that he paid in full. But it was his application and his signature. So what do we do now?
But it was a credit card. The only thing that you sign is the application...or are you referring to the contract b/w the CA and the OC. You can't be talking about that one b/c they are not required to send a copy of that...hmmm... I am still confused.
