I sent them 2 debt validation letters (from the sample letters here) CMRRR. They responded with validation documents AFTER the deadline was up on the 2nd letter.

What are my options? Any input is appreciated, thanks!

There is no statutory requirement in terms of a timeframe for "validation." I think you have that confused with the thirty day timeframe in which a creditor can "verify" the accuracy of a tradeline with the credit reporting agencies.

Perhaps, you are misplaced about the thirty day window under the FDCPA though. Thereunder, you have thirty days from the initial communication to request validation if you wish to halt collection activity. If such a request is sent after thirty days, they can continue collection activity without providing validation.
