Just received my response on a validation that i sent to a CA, united collection bureau of toledo... they did not fill out the paperwork i sent and they just sent me a couple of computer printouts with my name, address, and some statements of what i owe... nothing signed which i requested... just fired off 15 day letter and stated what i wanted... did i do the right thing here??
This just happened to me, too. Can you please post the letter you used? I would really appreciate it.
