Hi all.. I searched and havnt found this situation... I sent validation to to a Collection Agency. They are not the one reporting the debt on my credit files. (its the original creditor) When it comes time to dispute with the CRAs with all my proof.. on the fact that the CA didnt validate..would the CRA be required to remove it even though its the original creditor reporting and not the CA that didnt validate the debt?
