In Dec. of 03 I sent a Cease and Desist letter to a CA via (CRRR). Well today I got a voice mail from them. I haven't returned the call yet. Wouldn't this be a violation of the FDCPA? The gal who called is the same one who signed for the letter. It wasn't a full C&D just the one that says all contact must be via mail.

Because I wanted some confirmation that they violated the FDCPA before I called. I am not sure I want to talk to them on the phone. I prefer the whole paper trail idea. Thanks!
