Still no response, I'm about 13 days from estoppel. They pulled the two hards earlier so worst-case scenario I end up having to pay some of this collection (minus a couple grand for violations) on MY terms (deletion). It's a super-silly repo from a few years ago with multiple avenues left for me to take. (Never received notification of sale, have NO IDEA where the ridiculous sum of money they want came from)
Mmmmm.....6 day to estoppel. I can't tell you how nervous I am every day when I check the mail! Please no validation!!! (although I am VERY certain that there is none, given the amount they are trying to collect) 20 derogs in dispute....come on baby!!!! (This stuff is soooo addictive, when I get my Mariners MBNA cc, I'll know my credit is back on track)

In no way should you EVER answer this type of letter from a CA if they have not provided validation. You have a LEGAL right to request these identifying documents and they have a LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to provide them to you once you request it.
