OC=GE Capital, CA=Client services, $3,000 charge-off. CA trying to settle for 80% but will not or can not get OC to sign-off on my settlement agreement to remove negative info when paid. Now CA wants me to do monthly payments of 20% of balance. Can't afford that monthly payment. CA said that if not settled or a payment is made that OC may sue. CA has had this account now for about 45 days. My goal is to get this settled and negative info removed. What's my next move?
