telling them that under the FDCPA (far debt collection practices act) I was requesting that they stop. Its a law firm and they have called 20 times since they received my letter that I sent to them certified mail with return signature. Why are they still doing this? Are they crazy? I aslo sent the letter within the 30 day dispute period. Im going to sue as I have recorded EVERY message with the time and date they called.

They can still call for the above reasons.

Did you request that they stop calling, or stop all contact?
Did you dispute the debt and request validation?
What did they say in their phone messages?
Have you talked to them directly, if so, did you tell them you had requested that they not call, and what did they say?
