I ran across this in my 9th Circuit search and thought it a good thing to share.

"Santa Clara Universityâ??s Alexander Community Law Center has established a project designed to provide representation for Chapter 7 debtors who have been sued in the San Jose Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, by companies claiming that credit card debts should be held to be non-dischargeable in bankruptcy.....Persons who would like a free consultation, or who otherwise would like information about this Program, should contact the Law Center at (408) 288-7030 and ask to speak with Mr. Reuben Castillo. "

That said and done, I state in question with raised eyebrows... non-dischargeble???!!!

Could you post the link to that info, pleae?

I wonder if they're talking about certain credit card debts that companies are suing over like luxury charges or cash advances taken in the last 60-90 days before filing bk?
