   I called to get a fax # for a CA and they wanted my name and other info! after a few minutes i was given a # but it was a fake.

   You can go to www.collector.com, and somewhere in there you can search for your CA. Once found it sometimes will show a fax number for them.

   I called the main corp number and they happily gave me the fax number to this branch office.
