He was very nice, and I asked him a ton of questions, complained a little, confused him a little. In the end he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I wasn't going to bring this up, but I told him about a letter I wrote this week (I implied that it was longer ago though-they probably haven't even received it yet) and explained that I had failed to send it CRRR (dumb, I know) and it was asking them to delete my old Sears account, I was disputing it as obsolete. He deleted it right there for me, and my score went up 23 points (not bad for a 6 1/2 yr old account) so now it's a 679, with one derog that I'm working on! YEAH! First good thing that's happened w/ my Exp report!
