I have had a Cap One gold card now for almost a year now w/ a whopping $600 limit. I don't understand them. When I received the card, I had to call and activate it before I could get my limit. When I found out that it was $200, I freaked out. I got on the phone with the first person I could, and I got it raised to a $500 limit. I tried to get increases after that, but was told that I had to wait 6 months. When the 6 months came, I got a $100 increase. My next increase time is coming up soon, does anyone know what I can expect? Is planetfeedback the best way to get any attention from Cap One?

Yes it is. Write them a letter and it will be forwarded to Mr. Miller, Capital One's consumer advocate and he will contact you with a number you can call to reach him. Good luck!

Mr. Miller called me back and raised my limit by $700, it was definitely worth the time. Good luck!
