I have a Capital One account that's been a charge off since 7-2001, I still owe them one more payment I talked to someone to try to have the account deleted but they said they could not but they would update it as being paid in full. The late payments are 2 30 day lates, 3-60 day lates, 2-90 day lates, 3-120 day lates, 1-150 day lates, 1-180 day lates. What should my next course of action be? I really need some advice. Thanks!!!

what is the rating - R9?

you can send a PFB(www.planetfeedback.com) to Mr. Cooke and ask for consideration.

    Click on this: www.planetfeedback.com

Once there, type in the name of the company you want to write to, and select 'complaint'. You be asked several "mood" questions, and then given an area to write your letter in. Now, just to let you know, PFB addes in their own opening and closing in the letter, however you have the option of deleting it out, and only sending your own completly personalized letter.

Not sure if you have to be registered to send the letter. Used to be you didn't, but these days, they may require you to.

Consumer Advocate at CAP1. Yes, he is a very nice guy. He wasn't able to help me much, but he listens and doesn't make you fell like a "criminal". You can contact him directly at 1-800-955-1455 ext. 6418.

Just explain your situation and tell him what you want. He will answer you honestly.

    good luck!
