Ok oc creditors had been given back account after collection agency could not validate. sent validation letter to OC. OC did not validate sent validation twice and intent to sue. Have been contacted by "recovery dept" did not get any where. I want to file a suit and get paid for OC not reporting account as disputed by consumer. Today, OC after 6 months, reports charge off and "consumer account information " and still have not given me any validation accept for print out of charges. They can not reproduce "signed application" as they do not keep those kind of documents from five years ago. THey have also changed my rate 1 status to 9. Can I still sue the OC for the months they have not reported account in dispute. They say the account belongs to me because I lived at the adrress and they have my social security number. I'm going to file papers tomorrow. Oh yeh the original the collection agency that once gave back the account has sent me a certified letter I refused the letter. Help!!!!!!!
