need opinions plz from those of you who have court experience in suing CRA or a major creditors.

    I have a dilemma ,

should I include both the CRA and the creditor together in my suit or seperately.

I am looking at small claims as apposed to fed court because I would like to pocket some $ instead of giving it all to the attorney .

if I do this what are the odds of appeal?
or should I just go the fed court route in pro se?

    suggestions needed.

    thx 4 the help :)

In Fed court attorneys fees are added to the claim..
