Haven't posted in a while, pulled my reports yesterday and found this one. I think that it is for a wells fargo account that I have been paying on, but they may have changed the account number, so I am "hoping" that this will be resolved with just a phone call. However, forewarned is forearmed. I did a quick board search on this one, it appears to be a particularly difficult and nasty one. They have also did hard inquiries 3 X in one month on 2 CRs. Is it true that they refuse to delete? Also, report pulled yesterday afternoon and I got a call from them (the first contact EVER) at 8:10 this am. Any insight or experiences w/ this one is appreciated.
they are creeps for sure. they hard pulled on me 3xs in ONE WEEK, and filed a suit as assignee of Providian without any prior demand for payment.
it was providian for me. i paid providian in full and then 6 months later they put it on my credit report as paid in full. they weren;t on there before
