open and have a high balance of the judgement and not of the original amount? I called the OC (only because they replied to me saying that the matter was too complex to deal with in writing) My problem was that the account was listed on all 3 bureaus differently. One open with $6xxx high balance owing $4xxx one closed with zero balance one closed with $11,xxx high balance owing $4xxx all were listed as charge offs I'm confused as to what it SHOULD be listed as.
