I am currently in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy for the next four years. What is the best way to go about rebuilding credit while in bankruptcy??? Can items be deleted from my CR?? EQ-568 Ex-564 TU-576 as of 04-09-06
How old is your Bankruptcy? If it has been a while since you filed, you might try disputing the creditors under it. I have found in removing mine that many times over the years of BR, creditors lose information or they sell to another company and don't report this info. to the bureaus, thus making the CRA's having to delete that creditor from your file/s. You have dig deep, but it can be done. Hope this helps.
