Can a small claims judge order a CA to remove tradelines? I am going to file suit against a CA for multiple violations and I was wondering if in addition to monetary damages does a small claims judge have the ability to order a CA to remove tradelines? This CA failed to provide proper validation(sent notarized letter from a different CA that they bought it from), continued collection before providing any validation even improper validation, and failed to notify CRA of the dispute.
