   I cancelled my amex blue cash and had the CL added to my optima platinum, is it possible to reopen my blue cash account or no? It was about 3 months ago.

   Probably have to APPLY for it...(SINCE YOU COMBINED THE LIMITS)
   
   CALL NEW ACCOUNTS AND ASK...

   I was told by AmEx representative that once you close the account with them you can't re-open it. But if you apply for new account and get approved you can transfer credit line from that closed account into new account.
