EIN and FEIN are the same. It is number issued by the IRS for business purposes (to give a number to a non-human taxpayer).

A TIN is a Taxpayer Identification Number, also issued by the IRS. It is a Social Security number substitute for people who are not elligible for Social Securiuty Numbers so taht thes epeople can file tax returns.
