1*Is this the original balance? Or in other words did you make ANY pmts. TO THE OC that DID get properly posted to the acct.? A*This account is 8 to 13 years old so he isn't required to prove anything. 2*1200 plus. Wouldn't worry about that. If there's only a cpl payments left they wouldn't sue, (probably). The acct. balance is now too small for that. A*1200 bucks looks like more than 1 or 2 payments. 3*DO you have any proof that you pd the OC?
