I'm still a bit of a newbie here, so maybe the "vets" can clarify....Working on my wife's reports, she has several CA entires where we were NEVER notified or contacted. I've paid them all due to "discovery" during refinancing. At the time I was not educated enough to negotiate no reporting, or inquire. So, can a CA (or OC) report to CRAs w/o ever contacting? Doesn't this violate dispute/validity rights?
