EQUIFAX REPORT - I have an APS bill from 2005, Charged off on March 2006 But Still reports Late still til today. Also I paid in JUNE 2010 but still reported late in july and august after paid in full. Can i dispute to have all late payments removed after charge off? EXPERIAN REPORT - Same bill... But it reports Charged off as soon as i made payment On JUNE 2010. Thats illegal right? I assume they charged off in March 2006 like Equifax reports.
Example... Its reporting Reposession/Foreclosure on MYFICO.com but CO on Equifax.com. And this went Delinquent in October 2005. Its a Utility bill, Can they report late this long or R/F
