Yes, they can call on Sunday. They can call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. seven days a week but most do not call after 6 p.m. on Sundays.
Yes, and No... They can call seven days a week between the hours aboveforementioned... AS LONG AS they have not been notified otherwise that it is inconvenient for them to do so... This is what is typically referred to as a LIMITED C&D. If you don't want them to call at all, or to only call only during a certain period, you can tell them that it is inconvenient for them to contact you in any way other way.
