Ok quick question, Been disputing a charge off since last year, 1st time not mine, 2 nd time wrong balance. It keeps comming back as verified from the creditor, but they keep listing it, as Charge Off Making Payments! The account is paid. I have the proof.do I send this to CRA, and tell them to fix or do I ask them to remove since it is being reported wrong, and can't seem to get it right. Since it is hurting my credit.
If you send your proof, you can ask them to delete, but most likely they will only update it as you are actually verifying it for them when you send your proof.
