There is a company calling me that bought one of my charged off debts. The lady keeps saying to me on my answering machine that she is calling regarding a legal payroll matter. Now I assume she is talking about garnishing my wages, but I am in SC where it is illegal to do so. Can I get her and/or her company for threatning something they can not legally do?
