I am wondering if i can apply for a Second Discover card (i have already one) who was approved three months ago. But i still getting the Pre-approved application in the mail, everytime with better terms. Last one was 0% for bt until June 2006 and 0% for purchases until Nov 2005, Max trans charge per bal tranf($25). and 8.9% APR there after. A very good offer btw. Anyone know about it to get a 2nd discover?
