This month is time for my increase from capital one on my gold card... I called yesterday and requested the increase. They only said that they could only increase it by $300 from $3200 to $3500. That is triffling! I was transferred to retention and she said that same thing. They are probably playing me because my balance is $2900. I could pay it off and threaten closing but who cares about c1 anyway.. I dont really use it that much. I want to put a complaint to the consumer advocate at c1. That is MR Cooke now right. Should I do it thru planetfeedback like I did in april or should I just call him?
