Some companies allow this. Some don't. Why dont you call them up and ask? It is sometimes easier to ask for line increase first?
Citibank is notorious for letting people have many cards, amex, cap1, many more too.
Most companies are, but you should ask yourself why? Is it to get a higher line? If so, why not just do that. I don't know your reasons.
But ASK the company before applying, or you'll burn an inquiry.
