   I live on a US territory, I have bad credit, I am trying to re-establish my credit. I can't qualify for an unsecured credit card here, is there anyone that knows of a place that can help me?

   unsecured is obviously not the way to go for you. Go with a secured card for a year. That is the only way to establish yourself. You dont have many options with bad credit. Read this board and you will find many opinions on the best cards.
