I was doing some reading, and i see that you can't have any lates in the period of 12 months to qualify for home loans. WELL i have a old credit card that was 120 late on January 2010 and ALSO my car payment was 30 late on January 2010... Can i find anyone who will deal with me now, or do i have to wait til January 2011... To qualify???
Any recent late pays will make it very difficult to get a mortgage for obvious reasons. Do you have a local credit union you bank with? They may be the most understanding if you already have a banking relationship with them, can explain the circumstances, and prove that your financial position is better now.
