   I have a medical OC calling my wife on her cell phone.
   I intend on paying the bill, but I'd like to stop them calling us to remind about it.
   I know a letter will stop a DC calling. Do I have any leverage with an OC?

   You should check your state's laws. Sometimes they are stronger and will include an OC collecting.
