IF you have credit watch (the only file you've ever seen) THEN...... apply for credit, ONLY to have a creditor deny you b/c of a CA that doesn't show up on YOUR credit watch file. THEN contact Equifax and TRY TO GET THE OTHER FILE BUT CAN"T .... you ony get the one you have(credit watch)

OR... apply and have companies get BOTH files (but I can't)... then tell me I was denied b/c of a CA! When I call them and tell them that i don't have a CA they tell me I do!!!!!! IT"S CRAZYYYYYY!!!!!

How can this be fair.... I can't dispute the CA, b/c I can't get that file! This has happened to me more than twice.

Can I sue for this???? OR... Is there anything that can be done about this?

I also wanted to say....I found out my file was split FOR SURE while applying for my mortgage! The lady was shocked and told me that was the first time she had seen something like that (she been there 17 years)!!!

    HELP!

    FILE ON THEM!!!

All they have to do to STOP the SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTION IS MAKE THE FILE WHOLE AGAIN...if it means REMOVING 90% OF THE INQUIRES~~~SO BE IT!!!

Im going thru the same thing currently. The supervisors and the Csr's swear up and down that people are getting two scores and two reports when they pull my credit.

but if you ask them about score driven online apps what score would they get, they say they have no idea.

Equifax must have close to a bazillion dollars a year , Why can't they afford a program that can keep files from splitting.

I sent an email explaining my problems Ive had since I found out I had a split fileto Robin Holland Saturday Morning and I had a fwd from her before 7 AM this morning. She had forwarded my email to a Lanette.Fullwood and a Chris something. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this. I really dont see what the problem is.

try sending an email to robin.holland@equifax.com. She may be able to get it fixed. if she can't small claims is the next stop for me

Ugh, I'm 99.99% sure this is about to happen to me.

I haven't been able to get into CW for about a month and a half. ('high volume' and 'internal processing error')

I call them: "Please, just cancel the service if it means splitting my file so I can use it."

"no, no, we can get you back in, just hang on another week and we'll email you our results."

...they've been giving me the same story since August. I'd bet half a dollar my file is in pieces if / when I do get back in. Auuuugh...!

Try calling the tech support line and ask if you have been split. Back in july thats how I found out I had been split. I tried to sign on for CW and order copies by phone but my ID couldn't be verified since my file was split.

ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS DELETE MOST OR ALL THE INQUIRES AND IT WILL
    NO LONGER BE SPLIT!!!

Ask them if they can do it in 72 hours or will it be fixed in SMALL CLAIMS COURT???
