Ok today is my 3rd day trying to figure out the mess i made for myself.....and i've been reading and reading and so more reading lol... i have 7 accounts in collections i haven't made any payments on any of them (except student loans) and there all a few years old....my question is should i try and validate them all at the same time? 2 are with the same comp...those are my big ones both charge offs and i also have student loans paid off but it's marked as paid collection (i don't like that lol) can i validate that also??? Yes, but when the green cards come back she is suppose to dispute with CRAs. That would be 7 not 3 or 4 disputes often suggested. Although if she asked for validation from 7 accounts I cannot see how the CRAs would call the 7 disputes as frivilous. But then again...?
